I have now been to 3 retreats with Karen and each one has been so special and rewarding. I feel clear and rejuvenated after each retreat! She brings a special joy with her knowledge, love for all and experience. I don't only learn from her, I learn from each person at the retreats. I come back with so much new knowledge from spirituality, podcasts, food, recipes, and overall fun! Always a positive experience:)

Wow!  I can't even put into words what I experience each time I attend a retreat with Karen.  I always leave wanting more, and I return renewed, open, grounded, & at peace with myself & others.  In addition, I have made several new friends who I look forward to reuniting with in the near future.  Karen truly puts her heart & soul into making a retreat program that's fun, entertaining, enjoyable, and rewarding.  I encourage everyone to sign up for the next one, you won't be disappointed.  A+++

Karen brought strangers together in a peaceful, joyful, and loving space. We left as soul sisters! Her classes and energy work with us was energetic and encouraging and enlightening! Perfect weekend for me to prepare for my crazy summer job!

I'm trying to put into words how meaningful and uplifting the past weekend was for me.  All of the activities were really the highlight, it's hard to pick a favorite as they all were so meaningful.

I feel lighter and my heart is full

I appreciate how much time and thoughtfulness you spent with all the major and minor details from the accommodation, to the activities including space for down time, welcome gifts and meal plans.
